Morgan and Brenda send updates during and after the scheduled sitting time . They make sure that Bella has plenty of water and playtime while they stay with her. Our dogs have anxiety and don’t take to unfamiliar people well. Erin P. and Kim were wonderful with them and even did TWO meet-and-greets to make sure they were more familiar with the dogs before we left. Our cat has an attitude and she even warmed up to them after a couple of days. The updates were wonderful and the pictures really confirmed how happy and well cared for they were. We’ll definitely be using Auntie Abby’s for all of our pet/house sitting needs from now on. I have never had anyone come into the home before to take care of my fur babies. Rachael, Shelli and Lori were professional, personable and caring. They had great, detailed communication throughout the time that I was gone. The pictures were an added bonus! Knowing they made sure that we got home, and that our pets were well taken care of, I can’t say enough good things about this business. Cari BackesAugust 6, 2024We just used Abby’s for the first time for our week long vacation. We have two senior dogs- 17 and 16yo so we were really nervous about leaving them. Abby’s exceeded our expectations! It was so nice getting the detailed reports with pictures at each visit. My daughter was constantly asking if there were updates because she enjoyed the pics. She cries every vacation about leaving her boys and this was the first time she wasn’t sad about it since she was getting the updates and pics. It was also very helpful that they checked our mail and watered plants. It eliminated the hassle of finding someone else to take care of that as well. It was especially helpful when our flights were canceled and Abby’s was able to extend the care. It took one stressful thing out of an already stressful situation. We have a dog who's a bit reactive and we introduce her very carefully to new people. Abby took extraordinary care to understand the needs of our dogs and make sure it was a safe environment for her pet sitters and for our puppies alike. We have been in constant communication, and she selected sitters that suit our dogs' needs extremely well. We come home to tired, happy pups that are given ample outdoor play time, potty time, and the care that we would personally give our pets.
