This form helps us identify what services you are interested in, when you would like to receive service, what kind of pets you have and go over any additional details that are pertinent to the care of your pets.
Set Up Your Portal Account
Once your account has been approved you can complete your profile. This will include detailed questions about your pets, your home, your neighborhood, and anything else that is important for us to know about when caring for your pets.
Meet & Greet
Before you hire Auntie Abby’s, we want to make sure that we are a good match for your pet and that you feel completely confident whenever your pets are in our hands.
A meet-and-greet will be scheduled where a caregiver will meet you and your pet in person. We will discuss all pertinent information about your pet and your requested service(s). Your caregiver will spend time with your pet so that they can get to know them and begin to build a relationship with them. We will also spend time getting to know you, your household, and your expectations for service. We will begin to develop your customized care plan for your pet based on your schedule, their routine, and your pet’s needs. If we are meeting about pet staycation and home care or house drop-in service we will go over the specific needs that you have, your pet’s morning and evening routine in addition to their day time routine.
Schedule Services and Enjoy
Once the service is agreed to, we’ve met you and your pet(s), and discussed your specifications in detail it’s time to schedule. Use the Time To Pet app to request service and relax while we take care of your pet. If you have questions outside of what the app can schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are here to help!
Your pet’s service schedule is completely customizable. We are available for care between the hours of 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
Note: Additional fees apply outside of regular business hours. Regular business hours are from 9am-5pm.
